We set very high standards in the choice of equipment we carry in our fleet. All equipment must be suitably robust and quiet when operating. We maintain our fleet in excellent condition and worn or damaged machines do not go out on hire. A service and safety check is performed on every machine prior to each hire.

What areas do you deliver to?
We only deliver to the Kalgoorlie-Boulder region and nearby towns in Western Australia.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Kalgoorlie-Boulder is free. For delivery charges to outlying towns, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Why does the consultant need to know my body weight and height?
All training equipment is targeted at a particular size of user. For your safety and comfort we need to ensure the right machine for you.
How long will I wait for a machine after ordering it?
In the unlikely event that we don’t have the item in our warehouse ready for hire, you will either be offered a free upgrade to the next machine or your name will be placed on a waiting list. The waiting time will depend on the machine you want and the number of people ahead of you on the waiting list. But don’t despair! Elite Gym Hire has the largest hire fleet in regional WA and our average waiting time is less than 7 days.
Can I purchase my hire machine at the end of my hire term?
Absolutely. Most of our ex-hire equipment is sold to clients after hiring. If you choose to purchase an item after hiring, EGH deducts from the purchase price 50% of the gym hire fees you’ve invested.
For example: You’ve hired an SS1200i treadmill for 2 x three-month terms and now wish to buy the machine. You’ve invested a total of $690 in hire fees so will get $345 off the purchase price. Our standard price for an SS1200i treadmill is $2000. You will pay $2000 less $345 less your $100 bond held by Elite Gym Hire. Therefore the final purchase price to you would be $1555.00.
Depending on the age of the machine, we may also discount the machine further for depreciation. If you’re interested in purchasing at the end of your hire term, let us know and we’ll forward you a written quotation.
I’m working on remote mine site. Can I get our freight truck to deliver the equipment to me?
Probably not. All our cardio fleet items are fitted with computers that can be damaged by rough handling. We insist on an enclosed vehicle with the machine packed to the same requirements as, say, a television set. Furniture removalists and reputable carriers such as TNT are acceptable. Otherwise, you can pick the equipment up yourself when you next visit Kalgoorlie and we’ll pack the machine for you.
